I couldn’t find any information on it for quite a while, so I decided to put this page up to perhaps help the next poor googler!  (the same page on my  personal site)

For me, it turned out to be a known issue with covenant eyes 2.8.7 and I needed to downgrade to 2.8.6 for now to fix it. Covenant eyes pointed me to the file.
